Corporate Strategy:
Thodi’s business model integrates job creation opportunities for women and young people through partnerships and strategic alliances for skills transfer and development as the principal part of its strategy for key growth areas such as expansion into SADC and other NEPAD related opportunities in infrastructure development.
To date, Thodi has two current projects in two provinces, Limpopo and Gauteng; for the construction of a total of 200 housing units with more expected. The workforce is strictly dependent on the work load per phase.
